Together with the respective contacts, we work out the philosophy of your company and department. In doing so, we get a profound picture of the operational level, with the people involved in the process in the foreground. How long does it usually take until the first suitable candidates are presented?

As a rule, we are able to present the first candidates within 4-6 weeks of appointment.

How high are the costs of collaboration — and how is the compensation model structured?

At imoxo, we strive for fairness and transparency. During the offer phase, we work out a fixed price. Our performance is paid based on the milestones achieved in the project.

What happens if a recruited candidate leaves the company early?

Should an employment relationship concluded with a candidate presented by us be terminated again within twenty-four weeks of the conclusion of the contract through no fault of the client, imoxo GmbH undertakes to provide the above services once.

How does imoxo handle sensitive information and discretion?

We are committed to absolute discretion and ensure that data is handled in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

What documents or information does imoxo need at the start of a collaboration?

At the start of our cooperation, we need a detailed briefing, preferably on site. We must learn the framework conditions for the position to be filled and develop a mission for the candidates. A one-dimensional job profile is not the goal of this early phase, but a tangible and multi-dimensional mix of real attractiveness factors for candidates.
